• Use limit or self-exclusion features.
• Seek help from the Responsible Gaming Program team, family, or specialists if you feel you have gambling problems.

The 'Responsible Gaming' program has implemented the following measures:

• In every gaming hall and on the official website www.lnm.md, information is available regarding the prevention, treatment, and control of gambling addiction.
• The program ensures a clear policy on personal responsibility in the gambling process.
• The program provides comprehensive information on addressing gambling problems and the possibility of seeking additional help.
• Self-limitation procedures for deposits/bets, self-exclusion, and total exclusion are available.
• There is a full 'know your customer' procedure to assist with registration and deposits.
• The company's staff and the 'Responsible Gaming' program personnel receive regular training on responsible gaming and preventing compulsive gambling.
• Players have the option to take online or written self-tests via a dedicated questionnaire.

Exclusion from gaming services may be applied if there is evidence of:

• alcohol consumption;
• use of prohibited substances;
• mental conditions that affect responsible participation.
