The 'Responsible Gambling' program provides concrete tools for preventing and managing problematic gambling behaviors: information and support, self-testing, and self-exclusion mechanisms
Any player can request additional information, support, or confidential guidance at any time by calling +373 78875555 or emailing jocresponsabil@lnm.md
The program team provides informative support regarding how the program works, the rules, and the options available for players, as well as confidential guidance for individuals who need help managing their gaming behavior.
If you feel that gambling is starting to affect your personal life, relationships, or financial situation, you can request specialized support. Psychological assistance is also available confidentially to help you find suitable solutions and regain control.
Support and assistance program: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
The self-tests within the Program are meant to help players assess their own behavior and identify any potential risks associated with gambling.
The 'Responsible Gaming' Program offers players a SELF-ASSESSMENT questionnaire, available online and at physical locations. By completing the tests, players can quickly find out if they might be affected by gambling-related problems.
Players struggling with gambling addiction can request self-exclusion both in writing, directly at gaming halls, and on online platforms. Self-exclusion is a voluntary but firm measure where a person asks to suspend access to gambling for a set or indefinite period.
Below, you'll find the application form and the document to revoke self-exclusion. For complete details on the steps to follow, also check out the voluntary self-exclusion procedure.
