Ongoing information: We constantly inform customers about the dangers of excessive gambling and how to address gambling problems.

Problem identification: We make sure to correctly identify problem gamblers at our locations.

No access for minors

We ensure that minors are strictly prohibited from entering our locations.

Underage? Then you are not allowed to play

Access to gambling is strictly prohibited for people under 18, and people under 21 are not allowed to access high-risk gambling.

Responsible gaming 18+

Playing responsibly means controlling your gaming behavior. You only play with what you can afford and are not tempted to bet more or buy more lottery tickets. Participation in the game should never affect your fun.

We check the age of online players

 We do an age check for players who play online. We do this when creating an account on the platform, and you need to enter your personal ID number. However, did you play and win something? We do not pay out winnings to anyone under 18.

Safe internet use

Do other minor family members use your laptop? Then install a parental filter. That way, you prevent them from coming into contact with potentially addictive games.
